under the sun of the french riviera, the residence is located in the center of sophia antipolis, 6 kilometers from downtown and the beaches of antibes. ideally located between the sea and the mountains, antibes juan-les-pins is a city with a tourist vocation where traditions and nautical pleasures, history and heritage, festivals and nightlife are mixed.
composed of a living space with a pull-out bed () and an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet, this studio is 20m2. it can accommodate 2 people. the kitchen has a microwave, a refrigerator, ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a kettle, a coffee maker and everything you need to cook. the apartment is also equipped with free wifi access.
draps, towels and couchets are not provided. please bring your own.
the residence offers you a free gym and a free parking space. you can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from april to november. pets are allowed with a supplement to be paid on site.
during your stay, you will be able to use the hotel services offered by the residence by paying a supplement on site:
- laundry,
- breakfast : 11€ for adults and 5,5€ for children under 12 years old,
- free sauna and hammam
you will be able to arrive at the time you want thanks to a system of access code to the residence. the reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 12 am / 3 pm to 7 pm on weekends. if you plan to arrive after these hours, please the residence so that they can give you the access codes.
in the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, will be paid directly to the residence.
