You can host overnighting Guests according to the availability of beds in the studio 1 or 2 maximum the tenant is responsable of them and must inform me before by sms about the overnighting Guests and their arriving to fill the FICHE DE POLICE. this condition will be written on the contract. price is all included ( rent , general charges, water ) except electricity calculated separately by a private counter. The price of electricity will be calculated in according to the price per KWATTin France at the moment of staying.
