#### Neighborhood

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very diverse: it includes of course the Latin Quarter, which is home to a very large student population, but also the Pantheon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as Gallo-Roman remains which make the area extremely touristy.
The famous Latin Quarter is a very lively student quarter, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly comes from the fact that, as a university area, the teaching was given in Latin.

It is a very lively area, especially in the evening with many restaurants.
During the day, you can walk to the Ile de la Cité with the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Palais de Justice, the Conciergerie and the Sainte Chapelle.
