7 Rue Stanislas, 75006 Paris, France
English: This quintessential Parisian apartment has been lovingly restored and renovated by the owners in 2022. They took full advantage of the classic features and enhanced them with a touch of modern accents. You even have the family's vintage china that was brought to the flat. All photos adorning the walls were taken by the owners.
Upon entering the apartment, immediately in front of you is a grand living area that fills with sunlight in the afternoons. It offers a comfortable sitting area along with a 6-seat dining space. Modern electronics are discretely hidden in the buffet with a connected television and a Sonos sound system.
The main sleeping quarters are off to one side of the apartment. The owners’ suite has a large, spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower, double sinks as well as plenty of storage space. Please note, there is not a toilet in this bathroom. The second bedroom offers large closets as well.
On the other side of the apartment is a third bedroom/ study, with a sofa bed that can be used as is for one person, or opened to queen size. Next to it is a shower room with a toilet and sink.
The extra-spacious kitchen is complete with all modern amenities including a wine cooler. You will be impressed at the space you have to prepare your meals. The large bar sits three people, to sit and have a morning coffee or sip a glass of wine while watching food preparations.
To keep the quality of this apartment intact, you will be responsible for having it professionally cleaned each week. It is to be noted that this apartment is not suitable for toddlers.
The good-sized elevator accommodates two people and luggage. Please remember to never put luggage unattended in Paris elevators. Most have inner doors and if the luggage shifts, the doors can be blocked.
As the name of the apartment implies, you are in the heart of the Left Bank and minutes from the Luxembourg Gardens. Three metro stations are just a few steps away for easy access to different metro lines. Saint-Sulpice and Saint-Germain-des-Près are also very close by.
This quartier is called Notre-Dame-des-Champs, named after a church that is very near to the flat. Eglise Notre-Dame-des-Champs was completed in 1876. The iron frame of the church was designed by Gustave Eiffel. It was his first church structure and predated work on the Eiffel Tower by twenty years.
