English: My apartment is available to welcome you in a friendly shared apartment of 5 people.
My current tenants are two boys and two girls, students and young workers.
The apartment is located in the vallée des anges residence, 3-4 min walk from the Léon Blum T4 streetcar stop, which takes the RER E train to Gare du Nord station in 30 minutes and Saint Lazare station in 35 minutes.
In terms of amenities, a 5-minute walk will take you to a shopping center with a number of boutiques, including a large Leclerc hypermarket. The Rosa Parks swimming pool is just opposite the residence, as is a general practitioner.
One room is currently available. Another will become available in mid-May. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, heating, etc.) and no additional costs. It breaks down as follows: 600 euros rent of which 550 euros + 50 euros utilities.
The apartment was fully renovated in June 2022. It is new, equipped and furnished. I insist on cleanliness. A cleaning lady comes every two weeks.
