The apartment itself is one of the rare, large apartments in the district with an elevator. It has large windows and is light and airy with a friendly, sunny atmosphere. It is of course well equipped, comfortable and attractive. A great opportunity to enjoy Paris and a Parisian lifestyle.
- Living Room and Kitchen

- Sleeping and Bedding
There are 3 sunny bedrooms with inviting, playful decor. Two of the bedrooms overlook the courtyard and one faces the street.
Bedroom one has a salmon bedspread, a small writing desk, and that same blend of easy domestic charm and fine art that characterizes much of the apartment.
The second bedroom is a bit more traditional, with a burnished wood wardrobe, featuring art in golden overtones that complements the light pouring in through the large window.
The third bedroom is hip and fun, with a pink striped bedspread, a picture of Marilyn Monroe, and another small writing desk.
You do not need to go through one bedroom to get to the other. Each bedroom has its own entry door.
(Please Note: During the school period there may be some sounds of children playing during recess, as the courtyard window faces the courtyard of a primary school. Recess is in the late morning, and early afternoon, lasting approx. 15 minutes - No school on week-end, a national holiday,s and school holidays)
