Located on the 5th floor, easily accessible by an elevator in the building, there are windows throughout the space which allows for maximum sunlight to enter. There are combined elegant features of new and old from antique furniture, original hardwood floors, ornate crown moldings to modern appliances and amenities that will surly make your stay unique and comfortable.This flat can easily accommodate 5 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living room, an office, a formal dining room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a large closet and a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet, a decorative fireplace, and 2 lounge chairs. The office room has a desk and a double size bed for a 5th guest. There are 2 bathrooms: One with a bathtub/shower, sink which is located ensuite to the master bedroom. The 2nd bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet. There is a 2nd toilet located in the hallway. The formal dining room has a decorate ornate fireplace and a spacious dining table that can seat up to 6 guests. The kitchen has all the modern appliances to cook many lovely meals and the living room is equipped with a large flat smart TV and a comfortable sofa.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate.
