The check in is possible only during Weekdays and Saturday from 9am until 6pm. Please note, you must transfer the deposit 1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months / from 6 months above 2 months' rent and admin fee variable referred below and in the offer to the landlord within 1 week once your request is confirmed through Uniplaces platform. Furthermore its mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents : ID / Passport/ Work contract/ University acceptance letter if applicable/ Recent paychecks/ Last tax declaration/ Guarantor documentation ids or passports with recent payslips and proof of address and/or rent receipt, certificate from your previous landlord, etc.. Please also note the admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40 of 1 month's rent 5-10 months is 60 of 1 months rent and staying 10 months or more is 75 of 1 months rent. Payment method: bank transfer, credit card payment, automatic monthly payment. As per the French law a home insurance will be asked at the latest upon check in, landlord can help you get it if needed.
