English: On the edge of the Marais and just off the Rue Montorgueil, this spacious apartment is nestled in the courtyard of a quiet building on a quiet street.
The 68 square meter apartment is organized to have two separate sleeping areas, making it a two-bedroom apartment.
Upon entering, there is a living room, containing two single beds and a wall of closets for storing clothes and luggage. We can add a third single bed (folding) to this room.
This first room is separated from the double living room by a large sliding door - when it is open, the two spaces are joined to form a large, sunny, loft-like space. When closed, the entryway becomes a separate quiet room for reading or sleeping. The double living and dining space runs the length of the apartment and is lit by a wall of windows on one side.
The dining room contains an extendable dining table surrounded by comfortable leather chairs and can seat 10 people. There is also a large leather sofa, perfect for having some space to yourself if needed!
Back on the main level of the apartment, a staircase down from the dining room leads you to the newly renovated kitchen.
Continuing down the hallway, you reach the master bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and two nightstands with lamps.
