If you are arriving from Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airport, it will take you 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the apartment. The transportation cost is approximately 10-13€, while a taxi ride may range from 35 to 55 euros. If you are arriving by train, taking a taxi is the more convenient option, costing around 20 euros. Other Things to Note: We are delighted to provide you with the following amenities and guidelines for a seamless and enjoyable experience: Included Services: Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay. Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment. Family-Friendly Services: If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Deposits We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
