The building is located a stone throw away from the metro station Porte des Lilas (tube station line 11) Also with buses and tramway services located a few meters from the flat it is very easy to travel to the others parts au Paris, notably Les Buttes de Chaumont that are just 15 minutes walking distance from Portes des Lilas.
Bus 170 will take you directly to the Stade de France and the newly built Olympic Village.
The area has shop,bars, atm machines and shops, supermarkets and restaurant nearby and it is generally a quite lively and safe area.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and was fully renovated in 2022, very comfortable. The main living room has a double sofa bed and a closet, one window overlooking a small rooftop. There is a washing machine for laundry and Internet access (Wifi included).There also outside of the main room a kitchenette (with micro wave, fridge, hotplates, cutlery ..)
No-smoking apartment, no pets.
Linens, towels, bathroom floor mats and cloth provided.
Very serious and reliable person required.
