Fully renovated, it combines Parisian charm with modern comfort: high-end mattress, custom-made furniture, quality appliances — every detail has been designed for a pleasant stay, whether you're here on a business trip or visiting Paris. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, utensils) and washing machine in the apartment. The elegant and functional bathroom is equipped with a macerator toilet (sanibroyeur). Only toilet paper may be flushed — no other waste (wet wipes, cotton swabs, sanitary products, etc.) should be disposed of in it. Any malfunction resulting from misuse may result in repair costs being deducted from the security deposit. High-speed Wifi included. Individual electric heating and electric water heater ensure optimal comfort in every season. A cleaning service is included twice a month, on Wednesdays (linen and laundry not included) — access to the apartment on those days is managed directly by the cleaning agent, so you won't need to hand over keys.
