Our functional and perfectly optimized studio is located in the 4th arrondissement, on Rue Saint-Merri. Rue Saint-Merri, situated in the Marais district, embodies the picturesque charm of Paris, combining history, ancient architecture, and a friendly atmosphere. The studio's location is ideal for strolling, discovering small shops, and enjoying the authenticity of this iconic neighborhood. Around the studio, you will find small independent shops, art galleries, cafes, and restaurants, contributing to the cultural vibrancy of the Marais. The Marais is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Paris where both locals and visitors enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Our 25m2 studio is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and will welcome you in a warm atmosphere. A bar table is available for convivial dining. The studio also has a washing machine. A bright living room composed of a side table, a double sofa bed, and a television.
