The AREA IS VERY SAFE, close to Sc Po and niversities. THE "industrial style" APARTMENT is spacious. It includes shared spaces: large living room, large equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and 3 private bedrooms: bedroom1 (for 1 girl), bedroom 2 (shared by 2 girls which reduces the cost per girl), bedroom 3 (for 1 girl or 2 girls). The apartment can be rented as a whole for a group or per bedroom. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CHARGES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE RENT AND SOME UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND TO BE PAID IN EXTRA; The charges included are: general maintenance but not if the sink is clogged, nor bulb replacement according to th French rules, wifi, bed equipment (blanket, pillow, 1 set of bed sheets/towel), city trash tax, but NOT the participation to washing machine use expenses and the additional bed sheets which are optional.
