La cuisine est entièrement équipée (. bouilloire et machine à café) et s'ouvre sur un balcon ensoleillé. La salle de bain est neuve avec une machine à laver. Les meubles peuvent être ajustés selon les goûts du locataire (la deuxième chambre peut également être transformée en chambre d'enfant).
