Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Suliac, a village listed among the "most beautiful villages in France", the "maison Louise" is located 250 m from the banks of the Rance, with direct access to hiking trails, shops, restaurants and its beautiful 13th century church. The nautical center is 300 m away, pony/horse rides 3 km away. You will enter a 50m² living room, with open kitchen and dining room/lounge. On the 1st floor a bathroom with toilet, and 2 bedrooms (1.80 m bed and 1.60 m bed). On the 2nd floor a huge loft attic that can accommodate up to 7 people, 2 double beds of 1.40 m bunk beds, 2 single beds of 0.90 m bunk beds, 1 extra bed of 0.90 m. All sheets and towels are provided. A garden completes the whole.
