The main points of interest of the Marais are just a few steps away, and the transport network will allow you to travel around Paris easily. It is an ideal place to stay away from the noise and yet close to the bustle of Paris. Building and orientation: The flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift of a beautiful building built in 1650. Layout: Upon entering the flat, you are directly in the main room. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge freezer. The dining area with its large table for 6 guests will allow you to enjoy your dinners. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, two armchairs, and a flat-screen television. In the center of this living room is an industrial-style spiral staircase leading to the first floor where the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The original landing with its glazed part leads us on the right to a first bedroom which can accommodate two people sleeping either in two beds of 80 or a large bed if they are joined.
