In an 18th century building, our apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.The apartment overlooks the impasse Saint Denis, it is south-facing for most of the windows and has an unobstructed view and is therefore very sunny.Our apartment is composed of a bedroom area with a double bed which is separated from the living space by a workshop glass roof.The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, filter hood, and everything you need. There is a dining area with a table that can seat 4 people. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms.The shower room has a window and remains comfortable with storage and the washing machine. The toilets are separate and also have a window.The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
