3 rooms apartment of 128 m² in Paris

i rent three rooms to a group of three students arriving and departing on the same dates in a large apartment located in the 13th arrondissement near the metro station olympiades. i am not renting the rooms separately. this apartment is quiet, on the ground floor of the building with terrace and private garden. the rooms are equipped with a double bed, closet, desk and chair. one of them has its private bathroom with double sink, bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. the other two share a bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. use of the kitchen, terrace and garden is shared. the kitchen is equipped with two ovens, steam and normal. hotplate and mobile hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and refrigerator drawers. internet and charges are included in the rental. je loue trois chambres a un groupe de trois etudiants arrivant et partant aux memes dates dans un grand appartement situe dans le 13ieme pres de la station de metro olympiades. cet appartement est calme, au rez de chaussee de l'immeuble avec terrasse et jardin prive. les chambres sont equipees d'un lit double, de placard, d'un bureau et d'une chaise. l'une d'elle a sa salle de bain privee avec double vasque, baignoire, douche, toilettes, lave-linge et secheuse. les deux autres partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire, douche, vasque, toilettes et lave linge. l'utilisation de la cusine, de la terrasse et du jardin est partagee. la cusine est equippee de deux fours, vapeur et normal. plaque chauffante et plaques chauffantes mobiles, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, refrigerateur congelateur et tiroirs refrigerants. l'internet et les charges sont comprises dans la location. updated on mise à jour le
