We rent nice room with own sanitary in a part of our new house at Pessac. The fully equipped kitchen is to be shared with 4 other students. There is also a laundry on the site. It's a good compromise to meet other young french and foreign students in a family environment. We are located in a quiet and nice district close to Universities. The nature is in the city with a lot of cycle tracks. We are calm and speak English. There is no parking facilities but we have a bicycle park. Several transportation means to move around and to Bordeaux as train, tramway, bus and bicycle. An ideal location to move easily: 5 min walking to the nearest tramway station (Bougnard) to universities campus, 10 min walking to the railways station or city center (cinema, shops,grocery...). We propose to pick you up at the airport for your arrival (15 min by car from the house). All charges are included as well as the cleaning of the common areas and laundry access.
