Welcome to my home, a unique apartment located in the heart of Paris! Situated on the first floor overlooking a quiet courtyard (no elevator), the apartment offers absolute tranquility and features two terraces. Upon entering, a small area with a shoe cabinet welcomes you, and there’s a large closet for storing suitcases and other belongings. Next is the bathroom, equipped with a toilet and a towel warmer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a two-burner induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There’s a small bistro-style dining table with two chairs. From the kitchen, you can access the first terrace through a window with red and blue stained glass. The kitchen opens onto the living room, furnished with a “crapaud” sofa and several other seats around a decorative fireplace featuring electric heating logs. In the study, you’ll find an electric piano in case you feel like entertaining your guests during a meal. There’s also an extra bed for one person. The room includes a desk and access to the second terrace, a quiet space furnished with a bench and a parasol. Upstairs, a 12 m² bedroom awaits, equipped with a cm bed topped with a canopy. You’ll also find large closets for your clothes. A washing machine (non-dryer) is available, and a laundromat is located very nearby. Toiletries such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hairdryer are provided. The apartment’s unique decor, reminiscent of a cabinet of curiosities, gives the space a singular and charming atmosphere. This space is ideally suited for up to three guests. Its proximity to Les Halles station makes it extremely convenient for traveling to airports and train stations. Nearby metro stations include Palais Royal, Louvre-Rivoli, Châtelet Les Halles, Pont Neuf, and Sentier, providing easy access to major tourist attractions such as the Louvre and Notre-Dame. Numerous buses and metros are also available for getting around. The neighborhood is vibrant, offering a wide range of shops, from local markets to luxury stores, as well as many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and tobacconists open late into the night. For shopping, the newly renovated Samaritaine, Galeries Lafayette, and a stroll along Faubourg Saint-Honoré (just go straight ahead) are easily accessible.
