Very nice apartment, quiet and bright, 45 square meters/1 bedroom, typically parisien, fully equiped, available for 2 months : 19 january-18 march before being sold. 5th floor, no elevator. The flat is perfectly located 75 rue des Archives in Le Marais, only 1 minute from Rue de Bretagne. The apartment being sold, my wife and I have moved to another apartment, so please note that the furniture and equipment will be different than the pictures, but it will be nice, still !
