Building renovations: Please be aware that nearby renovations may cause occasional daytime noise. We are not responsible for internet malfunctions caused by telecom providers, and no compensation will be provided for such issues. Photography and Professional Use: Photo shoots, filming, and commercial activities are not allowed without prior approval. Please Age Requirement: The minimum age to reserve is 21 years. If under 21, guests must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay, and no refunds will be issued if this rule is violated.
