this duplex apartment has 2 rooms and a kitchen and is in the old town, near the harbour, 5 mn´s away from the train station and also from the bus tram to sophia. it even has a balcony ! it is perfect for 1 or 2 or 3 students( short periods), so for co renting. the rent for 3 people is 1400€, for 1 or 2 , 1140€. it has a complete kitchen with washing and drying machine, dishwasher. downstairs there is the living room with a sofa which can be extended into a 160cm bed, a desk and small table. upstairs there's a queen size bed and a wardrobe. electricity is to be paid each month, 80€, not included in the rent. double glazed windows, ac in the bed room and downstairs. there is a secured parking lot not included in the price. there is a free parking 6 minutes' all away. it is 6mn' walk to the beach and also to the bus tram and train station. the kitchen opens onto the balcony which is west. the other window is east facing the new district marenda lacan. in july and august the rent is higher. updated on mise à jour le
